H OW TO G ET R EIMBURSED 1. Using the receipts you have saved, fill out a Check Request Form (found here on ASCMC.org)found here on ASCMC.org 2. Attach the receipt(s) and proof of advertisement, if relevant 3. Turn the form into the person who oversees the fund from which the money comes from (e.g. Isayas for Senate funding, Josh for club funding, etc.) 4. For special circumstances, contact that person
