3 “HEALTH” OBJECTIVE: “ To support all citizens, including those predisposed to diseases, with new generation systems, allowing them to respond to risk factors through lifestyle changes or other appropriate measures.”

4 “EXAMPLES” of risk factors: Relevant risk factors are those to which an adequate response is possible by individual measures.
