4 Instructions for Completion of Budget Worksheets—by Category, Discipline and Objective More than Two Objectives Requires Additional Budget Worksheets Organization Worksheet for LETPP Grant Only Budget Narrative for Each Budget Worksheet M&A allowable for local jurisdictions only— cannot exceed 2.5% of total grant award

5 Submit Original Signed Application by mail and email one Electronic Copy, including Budget Worksheets and Program Narrative, to csimpson@sled.sc.gov csimpson@sled.sc.gov Signatures of all County Needs Assessment Committee Members to be considered complete Due No Later Than Close of Business March 11, 2005
