5. Lessons Learned Ensure testing doesn’t always follow the “happy path.” Perform load testing for peak periods. Create more testing scenarios for processes involving financials. Host frequent face-to-face status meetings with key project stakeholders during implementation phase. Provide early exposure of new application to all users.
