P ROJECT O VERVIEW Business Services Software Replacement Project Assessment completed, requirements documented, and RFP created in FY 13 RFP will be issued June 2013 Replacement software will provide integrated solution allowing for streamlined “one stop shop” for businesses to include corporate filings coming from the previous PRC Corporations Division Focus of project includes making document and record management consistent and providing more services to the public online Business Filings included in scope of work include: Notary Publics, Trademarks, Agricultural Liens, Uniform Commerical Code Filings, Partnership Filings, Apostille Authentications, Service of Process, and Corporate Filings

P RIOR Y EAR P ROJECT A CCOMPLISHMENTS CaAnes Security Assessment complete Most vulnerabilities are do to age of legacy systems, ie SOSKB Some vulnerabilities are in hosted systems, ie CFIS, WWW – will work with vendor to rectify these issues Security experts assisted with architecture model and PCI compliance for public facing systems moving forward
