3 Alcohol or drugs Can disrupt sleeping patterns Painful hangovers Alcohol affects good judgments, which can lead to a host of stressful problems

4 NICOTINE Poisonous ingredients raise heart rate and stress out on the body Feel relaxed at first soon feel nervous again Keeps body on a stress roller coaster all the time
