CAFFEINE Stimulant found in coffee, sodas, energy drinks, and teas A little can help you wake up and become more alert Too much causes nervousness and anxiety Replace with decaffeinated coffee or tea or caffeine-free sodas

Alcohol or drugs Can disrupt sleeping patterns Painful hangovers Alcohol affects good judgments, which can lead to a host of stressful problems

NICOTINE Poisonous ingredients raise heart rate and stress out on the body Feel relaxed at first soon feel nervous again Keeps body on a stress roller coaster all the time

Sugary Foods Body releases insulin, which reduces amount of sugar in blood, which will cause a sugar crash. Cycle is stressful to the body Eating healthy cutting down sugar will help

BEING LAZY Napping watching TV. and playing video games excessively is bad Causes frustration and boredom- which lead to major stress Keeps from doing things that need to be done!!
