4. World Café World Café is an innovative approach to host conversations about questions that matter. As participants move between groups, they – discover new insights, – cross-pollinate ideas, – generate questions, and – increase their capacity for effective action in pursuit of common aims.

Guidelines “Intelligence emerges as a system connects to itself in new and diverse ways.” --Meg Wheatley – Use markers and pens to capture key thoughts and “a-ha’s.” – Reveal the table tent only when instructed. – Each round is approximately 10 minutes. – Select a “host” to stay behind and summarize the previous round to the new group.
