ROME Rome is the capital of Italy. The legend says that Romolo was the founder of Rome. The date of the foundation is 21 April 753 a.C.

RIETI The province of Rieti is rich in water and it is famous for the Fonti di Cottorella.

FROSINONE The province of Frosinone is famous for its special shoes called ciocie. They are typical shoes from this area worn by old farmers.
