2. MountainHeart Community Services is funded under an agreement with the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources Office of Social Services. This Resource & Referral agency was established in 1992.

4. TRAILS Mobile outreach program to benefit child care providers, (families, facilities, centers,) and also Pre-K collaborations which includes Preschools and Head Starts.

LENDING AGREEMENT I WILL Inspect and maintain all items Use resources with children in child care Disinfect resources before and after play Stop using item if unsafe Be responsible for any damage (other than normal wear and tear) to item Agree to pay for items broken or damaged because of negligence

8. CLEAN & DISINFECT Wash toys and resources with soapy water, rinse thoroughly to clean TRAILS items: To Disinfect items--- ¼ Cup of Bleach - 1 Gallon of Water OR 3 Tablespoons Bleach - I Quart of Water
