Method 1: Type www.e-value.net into your web-browserwww.e-value.net Enter Login Name and Password

Method 2: Click on link in emails that remind you of evaluations to be completed or reviewed. No password necessary

HOW TO ENTER EVALUATIONS How to use E-value

Method 1: After logging in, you will see your homepage. This resident has NO pending evaluations.

Method 1, cont: This is my similar staff homepage. Click on Pending to open incomplete evals.

You will see all of your pending evals with names & dates. Click on Edit to enter your eval.

Your eval will look similar to this with both bubbled in and free text responses.

Method 2: You can also click on Evaluations under the User Menu to review ALL pending & completed evals. Clicking on Pending will take you to the same list of incomplete evaluations.

HOW TO REVIEW YOUR EVALUATIONS How to use E-value

After logging in, click on Evaluations under the Reports Menu. The only option is About Trainees (i.e. YOU). You can then filter your evaluations by Date, Site, Activity, and Type. Click NEXT at bottom of screen to generate and review your evals.

HOW TO LOG DUTY-HOURS How to use E-value

After logging in, click on Duty Hours under the User Menu. This screen will appear. Some days have already been logged. We will review how to enter new data. Click on the date for which you want to enter hours.

This Time Tracking Entry window will appear. 1)Enter your start & stop times for that date. 2)Select hours worked *ONLY* for select a task.

Time Tracking Entry, cont: 3)Select your rotation from the Activity drop down menu. Clicking the green arrow icon will renew the activity list.

Time Tracking Entry, cont: 4a) Click save to store that 1 entry. 4b) Check save as default, then click save to store that 1 entry AND populate future entries with that data. 4c) Click repeat to select future dates...

Time Tracking Entry, cont: 4c) This is the Repeating Event window. Highlight those dates with same start & stop times as initial entry. Press select to close this window.

You have now entered new data by clicking on a start date and repeating entries thru a stop date. You can also click on any date to edit the hours or rotation.

What about overnight call? Click on a start date In the Time Tracking Entry window, enter the start and stop times over 2 successive days.

What about overnight call? Your call night has now populated over 2 days, from 0600 on Day 1 to 1200 on Day 2.

HOW TO CHECK FOR DUTY-HOUR VIOLATIONS * How to use E-value * We will do this for you, but you can also keep track for yourself.

Method 1: On the bottom of your Duty Hours calendar screen, click on the prompt for view duty hours statistics. Be sure to enter the correct Start and End dates.

Method 1: Here are Dr. Brutons statistics over 10-days. There were no violations.

Method 2: You can also click on Duty Hours Stats or Duty Hours Violations under the Reports menu. Choose your Start & End Dates. Leave everything else as the default.

Method 2: Here are Dr. Brutons statistics over 23-days in a different format. There were no violations.
