Please run through all the slides to give yourself an overview. Then launch the Si6000b, and click the surface microstrip graphic simply work through the example yourself. Lets see how Er influences Zo

First drag this down to make H constant

Now fill a series of values in the Er field

Change the first two cells to 4.6 and 4.55 then press shift and drag to fill the series

This is the range of values you will graph

Now set up the graph, right click this data point

Select Source Data

Select Series tab

Change X axis labels from: $B$5 and $B$31 to: (Cells contain H) $F$5 and $F$31 (Cells contain Er)

Now click here to set the new range of values:

Edit the box that appears. To show the full graph you need to enter: $G$5:$G$31 Hint- look at column G and across at the rows containing the Data ( 5 to 31!)

Drag the formula, remember to position the mouse so you have a black cross in the corner of the cell +

Remember to label the axis: Click and type: Er
