5 LEGO SERIOUS PLAY is based on the belief that there is vast untapped potential in the people in organizations and those people have the imagination to resolve most serious issues

6 How LEGO SERIOUS PLAY works? The facilitator asks the question you have to answer by building a metaphorical story You ALL tell the rest of the group the story in your model You ALL build individually and give it meaning while you build ? 1 2 3 Questions, reflections, identification of patterns 4

7 Getting Ready Take a fiddle bag, open it, spread out the bricks Find the BLACK PLATE Ignore the black folder

8 Challenge 1 Build a Tower Start with the black plate Build individually Finish with LEGO figure on top Make it entirely as you want Use about 4 minutes

9 Challenge 1 - continued When sharing your tower story please begin with telling the group in a few words (10 seconds) Your name Where you come from

11 DON'T have meeting with yourself. Just START building TRUST your hands. Let them pick the bricks they want When you tell your story the meaning will emerge DON'T get bogged down in the design Ground Rules

14 Challenge 2 - continued 2. Share your stories 3. Write a short sentence on the hand-out stating the essence of the specific challenge or problem you built. If possible give it an easily remembered metaphorical heading
