FOCUS GROUP RESULTS MOSCC 2014 Jaclyn Jarmulowicz Employment & Training Resources, Framingham

OVERVIEW In April 2014, a focus group was conducted at ETR Framingham. The goal was to learn more about how they look for work and to test their response to marketing campaign concepts and collateral. 12 job seekers participated in the focus group, age ranging from 46 to 77. There were 8 men and 4 women. 4 were veterans.
