3. Supply Management Online Switch Account From the Main Menu – click on Switch Account to select another account or type in the account number and press GO.

6. Supply Management Online Item Entry Item Entry allows you to key in the McKesson product number and receive up to the minute product pricing and availability.

7. Supply Management Online Purchasing Lists Purchasing Lists (formerly Template Administration) help create orders quickly. Use McKessons historical Order Guide or create your own custom Lists for frequently ordered items.

8. Supply Management Online McKesson Brand Catalog Locate products by using our comprehensive McKesson Brand Catalog. Drill down by category and subcategory to locate items.

9. Supply Management Online Product Catalog Our Product Catalog provides access to our entire product offering. Drill down by category and subcategory to find products easier and faster.

10. Supply Management Online Product Catalog When you choose a subcategory in the McKesson Brand catalog or the Product Catalog – a list of items will display. To add an item to the order - adjust the quantity and unit of measure if needed and click the Order button. Click the Add to List icon to add an item to a custom list.

11. Supply Management Online Product Information In Order Entry, Product Catalogs and Search, clicking on the product description line displays product information and photos of the item. Click the print link to print this screen.

12. Supply Management Online Order Review When the order is complete, Suspend the order if approval is needed or if you have more items to add, Cancel the entire order, Save the order as a purchasing list or Review/Confirm the order.

13. Supply Management Online Order Completion Before the order is confirmed, assign a Purchase Order. Enter your email address if you would like to receive confirmation of the order via email.

14. Supply Management Online Suspended Orders To resume a suspended order, click on the line of the order you wish to resume. The order will display on the screen and you can continue adding items, searching catalogs and/or confirm your order.

15. Supply Management Online Order Status Order Status options are Open Orders, Backordered Items, and Invoiced Orders. By simply clicking on the menu bar, access this information and have the ability to print summary and detail reports.

16. Supply Management Online Backordered Items Backordered Items may be viewed and printed for easy follow-up with Customer Service or your Sales Representative.
