Institute for Drug and Alcohol Studies (IDAS) which studies the complex problems of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs and the impact drugs and alcohol has on income and financial stability. Many people with disabilities are poor because of drug and alcohol use. A B International Development Assistance Services (IDAS) professionals work closely with emerging market stakeholders – government, civil society and private sector – to create sustainable change and effective, accountable service delivery. Their work could translate into some of the work that is being done around disability and asset development. C Select the best answer Individual Development Accounts (IDAs) are matched savings accounts that help people at 200% of poverty level save towards an asset. Usually the match is 3 to one and caps at $4,000. Federal IDAs do not impact the resource limit for individuals on SSI.

There is not one factor. Institute for Drug and Alcohol Studies (IDAs) does study the complex problems of alcohol and tobacco but it does not study financial stability or asset development.
