Launched in 1985. –Program used to develop a questionnaire or form, customize the data entry process, and enter and analyze data. –Designed to run on Microsoft Windows 98, NT, 2000, and XP.

4. 4 System Requirements Windows 98, NT 4.0, 2000, or XP is required. 32 MB of RAM for Windows 98; 64 MB for Windows 4.0 and 2000; 128 MB for Windows XP. 200 megahertz processor is recommended - 300 for Windows XP. At least 260 megabytes of free hard disk space (Drive C) to install; 130 megabytes after installation
