How to Calculate Sperm DNA Fragmentation Index
After sample processing with Halosperm®, stain the slide with DIFF-QUICK®/Panoptic stain Check the sample with a bright field microscope, and classify sperm cells as follows:

Use the first 5 slides to learn how to classify each sperm cell. Use the last 3 slides to practice calculating sperm DNA fragmentation on your own.
