2 Directions  You’ll need one piece of paper and one pencil/pen per table.  Number your paper 1 through 12.  You will read each slide and have a brief discussion at each table regarding the question.  Decide if the situation is legal or not, and note that on your paper

A standard definition of a felony is any crime punishable by more than one year in prison  Misdemeanor? Misdemeanor punishments: fine, community service, jail. Felony punishments: fine, community service, jail, prison, mandated to register as sex offender.
