Numerous objectives 9,000+ in total Many non-measurable Types of objectives Biological objectives Population responses to habitat conditions Environmental conditions necessary to achieve desired population characteristics Performance objectives Ensure the Council’s Fish and Wildlife Program is operating optimally Physical objectives
