Strangely the shiment of Johnnie Walker Blue that you were expecting has been accepted by the Shipping agent into Port. However, the Bill of Lading refers to a shipment of Smirnoff Red. The consignment which you ordered was for five containers of Johnnie Walker Red. However the quantity received, when inspected, included one container that was delivered empty. The police have been informed.

However, it has now been re- routed to come via Rotterdam (and trucked to Spain), due to a capacity problem with shipping from Scotland to Spain. On inspection, it is discovered that the strip stamps on the bottles which have been delivered do not correspond with the information on the shipping documentation. On arrival, the consignment of J&B (yellow) whisky has all the labels printed upside down on the bottles, and hence the product will need to be returned to Scotland. On checking the documentation relating to the latest shipment of Johnnie Walker Blue, it is discovered that the AAD is missing.

When the Airway Bill is checked it is found that the delivery address still has the old address on it. Someone in the Shipping department had not put on it the right address. The consignment which you ordered was for five containers of Johnnie Walker Blue. However the quantity received, when inspected, included one container that was empty. It was emptied by a gang in transit.

The shipment of 5 containers of Johnnie Walker Red that has been delivered into the local warehouse. The documentation is all correct, however on inspection it is discovered that the container is 20 cases short of product. When checking the Pro Forma invoice which was sent, it is found that the total value of the shipment was printed as $ 1,376, whereas it should have read $ 2,376. The Letter of credit for the delivery of J&B (Yellow) shows 2 x 20 ft containers to be delivered. However, in error 1 container of J&B has been delivered.
