Pre-24/5 Libraries open an average of 93 hours/week. Students working without full-time staff evenings/weekends. No food or drink allowed. Limited 24-hour space elsewhere on campus.

Student requests for longer library hours. Students want to study in the library!

Rationalization for not going 24-hours: two libraries to staff, some campus space already 24-hours, many library resources available electronically.
