2 Problems logging into your account? How to access my policy account? You need to have a User ID and Password to log on to the website. You can register yourself by clicking Register here and then following a few simple steps to get access to your policy accountRegister here I have registered myself but am unable to login! Do ensure that you are typing the correct ID and Password in the correct case. Both User ID and Password are case sensitive [i.e. User IDs CuStOmeR123, CUSTOMER123 and customer123 are all different] Your account can get temporarily locked due to repetitive unsuccessful attempts [entering invalid user id and password]. In this case, you have the option to reset your account by clicking on Forgot PasswordForgot Password Go to Start

3 Browsing Issues? Cannot access the links or features on the website? Please ensure that you are using Internet Explorer 5.0 or above when accessing our site. Some features may not work with other browsers like Firefox, Netscape, Opera, etc You can also use the Quick Finder feature available on top-right corner after you login to your account Website does not respond when I access a feature Refresh the page [Press F5] If problem is still appearing, then try closing the browser and login again. 4 Issues with Policy details? Unable to locate or see any policies in your account? All policies owned by you may have been merged into a single account so that you do not need to use multiple User IDs To get access to your combined account you will need to register yourself again on the website. The steps are as follows:  Click on Register HereRegister Here  Select Policy Number as an option (Do not select the User ID option)  Provide the necessary verification details and submit your request  Your account details will be e-mailed to you I want to access all my policies through a single account! Policies which are In-force, Paid-Up or Lapsed are displayed on the website If you are unable to view all your policies in your account, you can send us a request to merge all your policies into a single website account. This can be done by submitting request for merging accounts (available on top of policy summary” Go to Start

5 Trouble in accessing your statements? Premium Notice is not available Premium Notice is generated one month before premium is due on your policy. Hence, if your premium is due on March 1, 2008 then you will be able to see the Premium Notice only after February 1, 2008. Note: If premium payment on your policy is collected on monthly basis (once every month) and your payment mode is Electronic Clearing System (ECS) then Premium Notice will not be generated Portfolio statement and Unit statement are not available Portfolio statement and Unit statement are available only for ULIP policies Portfolio statement is generated once in a month and updated by the 10th day of every month Go to Start

6 Payment Receipt is not available for premiums that I have paid Receipt is not generated for the initial [first] payment made while buying the policy. The first premium receipt is available in the policy document sent to you Receipt on the website is available only for renewal premium payments Advance Payments, receipt will be available 1 day after your premium due date. For e.g. If your premium is due on Jan 13 and you have made a payment on Jan 1 then receipt for your payment will be available on Jan 14 only. Delayed Payments For payments made before 3:00 pm receipt will be available on next day For payments made after 3:00 pm receipt will be available after 2 days Go to Start Trouble in accessing your statements?
