14. Role of In-house OT Holistic assessments for low/moderate and straight forward substantial adaptations. Support and guidance to trusted assessors / Handyperson. Advice and guidance for ‘self funded’ adaptations. Consideration of all housing options. Development of accessibility register within B/D Assessment of tenants who need to move to more suitable accommodation. Advising on suitable housing allocation and viewing of properties with disabled tenants. Advising on new build accessible properties.

15. Trusted Assessors Trusted Assessor Training course provides training for community staff in the assessment, use and fitting of basic daily living equipment. Could apply to handyperson, caseworkers, technical officers
