This heavy-duty native SalesForce application will help create and maintain any enterprise level product catalog. Being top pick of US Healthcare industry Configurator 2 allows you to take full control of "Products -to-Quotes" process.

2 YP QUOTES INSTALLATION 1. 1 Install package from the installation link. 1. 2 Proceed through the installation wizard.

3 YP QUOTES 1. 3 Install YP Configurator 2. INSTALLATION

4 YP QUOTES 2. 1 Change Product Page Layout. SET UP – Configure Installation 2. 2 Drag and Drop “Product Category” to Product Detail Section and Save Page Layout.

5 YP QUOTES 2. 3 Go to Set Up->Customize->Products->Buttons and Links and Click “View”. SET UP – Configure Installation 2. 4 Override View with YP2__Product_Page.

6 YP QUOTES 2. 5 Activate Quotes and Change Opportunity Page Layout Assignments. SET UP – Configure Installation 2. 6 Select corresponding Opportunity Layout.

7 YP QUOTES 2. 7 In Opportunity Page Layout select Relation List and remove standard Quote Object. SET UP – Configure Installation 2. 8 In Opportunity Page Layout select Buttons and drag-and-drop ‘Create Qoute’ button on the Opportunity Layout.

8 YP QUOTES 2. 7 To set up a New Product Category go to All Tabs->Product Category. SET UP – Product Category 2. 8 Connect selected product to the new category.

9 YP QUOTES 2. 9 To set up a child product(s) go to “Products Tab”, select parent product and click “Edit“ in the Child Products Section. SET UP – Child products 2. 10 Configure Child Products.

10 YP QUOTES 2. 11 To set up product choices go to Setup->Create->Objects->Product relationship and click on “Choice” (YP2__Choice__c) SET UP – Product Choices 2. 12 Add/Change Product Choice Picklist values.

11 YP QUOTES 2. 13 To change PDF Template(s) go to All Tabs ->PDF Template. SET UP – PDF Templates 2. 14 Customize PDF header and footer.

12 YP QUOTES 3. 1 Go to Quote and click “Configure”. USAGE 3.2 Enjoy YP Configurfator 2.
