Title Search Revealed 50 Feet Right of Way did Exist 25 Feet of Property was Lessed Out for Each Parcel Within the Deeds for Road Purposes However, the Dedication was Never Accepted by County September 18, 2007, County Commissioners Accepted this Right of Way for Road This Acceptance Eliminated the Need to Write Legal Descriptions and Recordation for Each Parcel RIGHT OF WAY

12. Steps for Establishing MSBU: 67 % of Property Owners Must Agree to Share the Cost of Building the Road to Dirt Road Standard. Ballots were Mailed on August 29, 2005 to 24 Property Owners Results of Ballots: 95% (19 Out of 20 Respondent Property Owners) Agreed to Proceed with the MSBU MSBU PROCESS
