2 All clear terrain is difficult terrain – BOG for Vehicles – No Double move for INF All woods terrain is VERY Difficult Terrain – Skill test for Vehicles Victory Conditions – Game lasts 10 turns – Germans receive VP for every platoon that leaves West board edge by game end = PV/100 – Americans receive VP for every platoon that does not leave board edge = PV/100 – Table win is side with greatest number of VP’s after turn 10 Marginal= difference < 10points Tactical= 10 to 14points Decisive = >14 points – Scenario win is German Decisive = 2 decisive German Tactical = 1 decisive German Marginal = 2 tactical American Marginal= 1 German Tactical American Tactical = 2 German Marginal American Decisive = any other result! 3 KG Peiper: Day 2, December 17 th German Special Rules Germans can hold back up to 1/3 (6 platoons) of their COMBINED forces and then decide what table to bring them on – They must then come in as RESERVE Rolls (by Peiper) – 1 Reserve die is received each turn FOR THE GERMAN SIDE and reserve die can be held until used Peiper (Ligneuville)is a Warrior with following special rules – We need you here NOW: Peiper gets to reroll all reserve die misses – My luger is right here: Peiper always has a command radius of 8” even if out of his vehicle – Gott in Himmel, Schnell!: any platoon Peiper is within command radius of rolls Stormtrooper at 2+ – Roll Right over them!: If Pieper participates in a tank or mounted assault in his halftrack attached to a platoon, assault success rolls are 2+ Sternebeck (Buellingen) is a Warrior with the following special rules – This is the best route: If attached to a platoon, can negate any BOG result with a skill test – Schnell: if attached to platoon, Stormtrooper rolls are successful 2+

6 All US forces start pinned Only support weapon platoons and gun teams can start “dug-in” ½ of platoons (round down) must start off-board as reserves Starting turn 1, the US side rolls a Random Reinforcements roll – a die is added each turn no Random Reinforcements come in – If Random Reinforcements come in, roll two die – The GM will give you a communiqué to tell you what can come in – The US team must decide which entry point on what table not controlled by enemy forces (4” radius) the reserve comes in! Buellingen Special rules – Cover the Whole Town!:The 254 th Eng Company can set up with teams out of command radius if desired. 7 Buellingen Special rules Cover the Whole Town!:The 254 th Eng Company can set up with teams out of command radius if desired. The teams must move back in command to remove the out of command effects. Where is the Artillery?: The Off-Board OBT MUST start as a reserve

8 Ligneuville Special rules Crap, the charges aren’t set!: The Eng platoon CMD in Ligneuville can blow the bridge (Skill test) over the Ambleve if they can maintain three Pioneer stands unpinned for three turns within 4” of the bridge Fix the Damn Tanks!: The six vehicles parked behind the Hotel du Moulin need a skill test after turn 2 to become operational. This is done per vehicle!
