We also include a complete maintenance history to help you track all the changes made to your control plans.

You can add tester notes, attachments, and enable “electronic signatures” that will require the tester to enter their badge and password prior to entering test results.

You define the appropriate defect codes, how and what to test, and what to do when you have a problem or non-conforming part.

You define what unit of measure to use, target values, upper and lower control and specification limits, and even the number of decimals you allow the tester to enter.

You can “link” the test to a specific operation, work center, purchase order or vendor. Sample sizes and frequencies can be overridden at the vendor level for purchased parts.

Responses can include tester notification, creating a non conforming material report, and even the ability to send an e-mail to notify appropriate personnel.
