3 What is BYOD?  Rather than telling students to leave their devices at home, BYOD allows students to use the technology with which they feel most comfortable — namely, their own notebooks, tablets and smartphones — in class.  Variant of a 1:1 program

4 Research Supports It  85% of parents (and 90% of K-2 parents) agree that mobiles and apps can make learning fun.  77% agree that they promote curiosity.  74% agree that they help their child know local and global current events.  63% agree that they teach problem- solving.
