5.  To Do List (Short Term)  Need a Chart Describing the Template Layout  Uses the Mark Holmes 6 Character Standard  2 Letters on State, 3 Letters Repeater Call Suffix and 1 Letter Port Designator  Block Template must adhere to design – starts with local channel, echo channel and all port calls “sandwiched” with the often used “Local Gateway” Channel  Need a higher level script to evoke part B for multiple area  Need “Admin” Block Support Working Notes Charts Follow
