DEFENSIVE TACTICS 2. 084: Given a practical exercise, demonstrate to the satisfaction of the instructor those techniques which can be used to subdue a violent person

DEFENSIVE TACTICS D. Safety precautions 1. All techniques must first be practiced slowly 2. Person being “worked on” should offer passive resistance and give with the pressure

DEFENSIVE TACTICS 3. Person performing the technique should always apply the pressure slowly, simulating the striking of blows.

DEFENSIVE TACTICS 4.Each technique should be divided into two phases a. First phase-maneuver or positioning b. Most important phase c. Second phase-application technique of pain
