Terminal Learning Objective: ACTION: Increase your effectiveness for purposeful ministry. CONDITION: Trainers or individuals will need access to a computer with internet access. STANDARD: Participants engage in discussion and are able to provide three examples, then and now, how purposeful ministry impacts the mission. Presentation:.... 1.Process Groups. a. In small groups, then as a larger group, describe your observations to the following concept: We have been in combat for so long many people have lost their edge when it comes to the science and art of Garrison Operations. UMTs are now more familiar with Operations Orders and less familiar with how to do ministry in the garrison. Whether in garrison or deployed, ministry should be intentional. UMTs do not just sit in their office or tent and wait until someone else comes and sets the priorities of their day for them based on one individual crisis after another. Do you agree? Disagree?
