Cardinal Health’s role is to ensure the safe, secure and efficient delivery of needed medications and consumer health products from more than 1400 manufacturers to 24,000 retail locations, more than 2,500 hospital pharmacies, plus many other sites, so providers can fill prescriptions for the patients who need them. Thanks to support from Cardinal Health, retail pharmacies also offer their communities unique services ranging from diabetes care to immunizations. And hospital pharmacies have tools to improve efficiency and medication-administration safety.
