About Us Ricky Tejada – General Manager of RM Brokerage since its inception in 2006 Active member of the VA Recycling Association and C&D Recycling Committee Annually, we currently recycle: ~ 13 million lbs of carpet; ~ 4.5 million lbs of carpet padding; and ~ 1.5 million lbs of ceiling tile per year. We collect on behalf of municipalities, manufacturers, builders, contractors, and individuals from Baltimore to southern Virginia.
