When you use a small font size, you are able to fit a lot of words on each slide, however, this is not the POINT of PowerPoint. Transitions / Are animations that are used to move from one slide to the next. / Using a different transition for each slide is very confusing / Having notes slide in one letter at a time is very annoying. 8. Graphics/ Background Text that appears on top of graphics is confusing to read. Depending on the colour of your picture and the colour of your font, the text may be nearly impossible to read when done this way. when using graphics, it is best to use a slide layout that enables you to place text above, below, or next to graphics. graphics should also match the theme of your presentation.
