What to bring in your packed lunch Fruit Vegetables Cheese No NUTS Natural foods are best

One-a-day treat Only bring ONE of these in your lunch box: Milk shake Cake or biscuit Processed snack Crisps or other You do not need to have salty or sugary food every day
