2. 2 –ESWG to follow up on the following items –evaluate change order 24 to ensure its still valid –Follow up with Raymond V. regarding audit trail showing that boxes have been checked and audit trail does not reflect that the box has been checked –If a net of zero sustains for several hours then BA would not need to continue to check the box for future hours –Provide a document regarding what “checkout” means in WIT at the August meeting. –ESWG Chair to provide and update on CO 2, audit trail and check boxes for future hours. August Action Items

3. 3 WECC Net follow up –Discuss with WECC RC, the idea receiving near real time outage notifications and posting such outages on WECCNet –Discuss whether OATI will send outage notifications directly to WECC RC. –Discuss with the RC if there is a need for a BA to notify them if the BA is experiencing a WIT problem –WECC net is being replaced. Update on replacement project. Will need to continue to follow project. August Action Items

4. 4 ESWG to follow up on list of entities available in the reserve responsible entity list WECC to determine attestation requirement and documentation to support WIAB test plan o Danielle Johnson providing an update in IWG ISAS leadership to hold a discussion on continued existence of RTWG o Presentation on future structure of ISAS WG’s August Action Items

5. 5 New Action Items ISAS members to review JESS White Paper on reliability limits. Comments to be copied to Brenda no later than end of the day on Tuesday 9/3. Brenda to send compiled comments to WECC Wednesday morning 9/4 Matt H. and Steve H. to look at WECCNet message (follow up from Anitha's April Action item)
