Based on a framework of intercultural competences (EFQ) On-site and online TRAINING MODULES

Mobility operators - tutors/mentors for work experience abroad: vocational training centres, language schools, university career guidance departments and vocational and educational training professionals. & Mobility trainees - people in the labour market, those undertaking work experience abroad or working in a multicultural environment. End Users

An international team of 9 organisations (UK, France, Italy, Spain and Portugal), combining knowledge and expertise in the fields of international mobility and intercultural skills. The Team (i) (FR) As coordinator of the M.A.S.T.E.R Mob project, Cap Ulysse is in charge of communitarian projects promoting European mobility and vocational training. (IT) AEF is a cultural association (language, music, art) in Florence promoting the European dimension of learning, for an employment policy directed towards an international framework. (FR) Laboratory TECHNE based at the University of Poitiers study digital educational resources and services. Particularly in the field of Serious Games. (IT) An organisation in Rome, Cesfor focuses on education, training, guidance, counselling and mobility for young people and adults.

The Team (ii) (FR) Award-winning company based in Paris, working on the project with the team of partners: specialised in the creation of e-learning solutions and Serious Games. (SP) A Seville-based agency, Incoma support the internationalisation of Spanish companies and act as receiving and sending organisation for over 350 people participating in training programmes abroad each year. (UK) Gecko develop employee skills and work with jobseekers and disadvantaged groups at risk of anti-social behaviour. They work with creative, cultural and media industries: sending and receiving trainees to and from Spain, Italy, Portugal and Malta. (PT) Centro Europeu de Linguas is a language training organisation in Portugal committed to innovation and adult learning. They consider pre-departure training of great importance and have operated on mobility projects as a sending and receiving organization. &
