CHECK NOTE To inform the drivers and the mobile workers on the regulations in the field of road transport - To make sure that the labour protection norms and those referring to the prevention and extinguishing fires are met by the vehicle crew during the transport operation To comply with the rules and procedures regarding vehicles, overweight and/or overall dimensions that surpass the maximum admitted mass To comply with the procedures in case of an accident/incident and to apply the necessary procedures in order to prevent accidents or serious infringements of traffic rules - To park the vehicles of the fleet at the enterprise’s headquarters or at the premises of the working points, subsidiaries or branches or in special parking’s which are authorised by the public administration - To make sure that the driver of the vehicle unit performing transport operations holds a working badge that proves that he is hired by the transport operator/ enterprise and that this badge is always available onboard - To comply with the rules regarding loading, load stowing and securing - To know and comply with emergency measures in case of an incident or accident in the respect of vehicle securing and the protection of himself and the other traffic participants, environmental protection and goods’ protection
