10 Standards and digital transitions ITU Regional Seminar, Budapest 5-7 November 2012 July 2009 - The Government of the Republic of Serbia has adopted Strategy for Switchover from Analogue to Digital Broadcasting of Radio and Television Programs;  DVB-T2 – Standard for digital broadcasting of television signal;  MPEG-4ver.10 (H.264/AVC) – Compression standard;  4th of April 2012 is set to be the date of analogue switch-o ff March 2012 – Decision about strategy changes; Jun 2012 – Rule Book transition from analogue to digital;  Analogue swith-off postponed to 17 June 2015
