Lessons learned It takes two to tango And two of relatively similar strengths In case of imbalance, bring another suitable partner in An incubation time is necessary Duration varies according to context / situation Ensure to have respective stakes and responsibilities clearly laid out right from the first negotiation Make sure to strike the deal when momentum is at its peak Waiting due to admin reasons is a killer 13 These are a few mendatory elements of successful PPPs in the ICT Ecosystem
