35mm National Registries must not be a barrier to trading. Issues to consider (in no particular order!) include: 1.Getting experts in soon – IT and Business 2. Balancing security and transparency 3. Getting the look and feel right 4. Availability, Reliability and Resilience 5. Usability System and User Support 6. Legal Issues (liability and confidentiality) 7.
