Stakeholders adopting some recommendations from report and contacting BAHA on protocol for Vaccination and decision to vaccinate or not vaccinate (Strategies).

Evaluation of Meat and Poultry Processing Facilities December 9-12, 2009 Consultant: Dr. Marcos Sanchez: Food Safety Specialist Dr. Sanchez visited Three Poultry Processing Plants and held meetings with staff to review HACCP, SOPs and SSOPs. Did observational tours of facilities and of processing lines and procedures
