17.  From 2007, Vietnam develop legal framework, training staffs, formulate PRA belong to Decision No. 34 base on ISPM No.2 and ISPM No.11  Up to now PPD have already finally many PRA reports for importing plants and plant products, base on this we have to conduct condition requirement for importation commodities.
