3 What the Trip Includes Professional Tour Company – 30 years experience Transportation by airplane to and from Manchester or Boston to DC airports Motor coach transportation between Westford and airport and all during stay in DC 3 days FULL itinerary: museum admission, photo at the Capitol, and evening activities 2 nights hotel stay Night security at the hotel All meals covered Experienced tour guides throughout the trip

5 The trip is a PRIVILEGE, not a RIGHT Students must maintain positive behavior and academic standards throughout the school year Contract must be signed by student and parent(s) DUE TO THE OFFICE: October 16

6 Safety Policies - Students will be chaperoned in groups of 10-12. - Security officers are provided in the hotel and will alert chaperones to any problem(s) at night. - School Nurse will be on the trip. Students who exhibit inappropriate behavior may be sent home at the parent’s expense.

8 Dress Code Policy No low cut shirts or shirts with inappropriate writing No clothing with holes or tears NOTE: IT WILL BE HOT IN MAY! Wear walking shoes or sneakers Bring raingear Dress is comfortable and within school dress code policy Shorts must be appropriate length No spaghetti straps or tank tops

9 Financial Considerations… Financial Considerations…  All finances will be handled by Capital Tours  Refunds and cancellations are according to Capital Tours’ policies  Trip insurance available at extra cost  Financial Assistance applications are available  Encourage your child to help!
