Transportation Coach Buses VCR/DVD, TV and bathrooms Four 56 Seat buses Buses are assigned Luggage restrictions apply

Lodging Dormitory style All students, parents and staff sleep in the dorms Adults share separate rooms Lodges are segregated by gender

Food Departure breakfast and bus snacks will be provided by the WHBMS Frost Valley provides all on site meals Dietary restrictions can be accommodated as needed Foods fit into the overall wellness program YUM!

Weather Usually 10-15 degrees colder than Westhampton Past temperature ranges 0-40 F Amount of snow has been 5 to 36 inches in the past Dress Warm! Layers and good boots are a must!

How Can You Help? Get involved in fundraising! The PTO needs you! Be on the lookout for important Frost Valley papers (permission slips, health forms, etc.) Remind students Frost Valley is a privilege Check the Frost Valley website regularly If we haven’t scared you away… Sign-up to be a chaperone
