Other criteria to determine “recognition” A. High Performance Meets or exceeds targets for all subgroups ie. Non-high needs (HES 96%) and high needs (HES 60%). Gap rate of less than 30% (HES 36%, ie did not earn points).

B. High Progress Increase of 15% of all students proficient over 3 yrs., 2010-13 (HES ?%) Gap reduction of 10% or greater over 3 yrs. (HES 12%, ie earned points)
