GOAL FOR WRITING PROPOSALS TO ENHANCE THE LEARNING EXPERIENCE OF SPECIAL EDUCATION STUDENTS TO ENGAGE THE CHILDREN IN HANDS ON PROJECTS WHO HAVE SPECIFIC LEARNING NEEDS TO MAKE THE LEARNING INCLUSIVE FOR THE SPECIAL EDUCATION PROGRAM STUDENTS SUPPORT OR INCREASE THE LEVEL OF MENTAL OR PHYSICAL ABILITY

Instructions to finding and completing the ACCESS Proposal On SDP website click on Sitemap on the top toolbar Click on Office of Special Finance Under Forms click on Access Proposal and type only on the yellow areas; remember ordering page calculates for you. Print out the form and save it so you have a copy (please keep an electronic copy) Click on Proposal Submission form and have everyone sign that is listed on the form if applicable (if there’s a therapist assigned to your school) Once the Proposal and submission form is completed you may pony to the Education Center, Suite 323, to Michelle Ovington or Martina Boardley (based on your learning network coordinator) Once the committee has met, approval/denial letters will be sent out to the Principal and to the Proposer or person submitted by. This is not the final level of approval, grant monitors will also have to approve after school process the orders. The school is responsible for ordering materials after proposal approval letter has been received; see your School Operations officer or secretary prior to getting the letter to coordinate orders and to place before the Procurement’s ordering deadline.

Proposal Submission form- all signatures are required to be accepted by the Access committee.
