3 The graphs Each student will get a sheet with 4 graphs on it Take a minute to write on the graph motion information on each section

4 How to walk a graph Students will be assigned to a group Show constant velocity by walking at a constant pace – same size steps Show a change in velocity by moving from baby steps to big steps (or the reverse) All sections on P-T graphs require the same amount of time (assume 5 seconds)

5 Grade 15 points to the groups that can successfully demonstrate the motion of all graphs to teacher

6 Hints Only the origin has to be identified (and only on P-t graphs) Have someone in the group count off time Ignore changes in motion needed to go from one section to another
