2 Bay - part of a body of salt water that reaches into the land; usually smaller than a gulf. Location - California 37° 49′ 7.59″ N, 122° 28′ 42.29″ W San Francisco Bay

3 Canyon - narrow valley with steep sides; usually created by erosion Location - Arizona 36° 6′ 0″ N, 112° 6′ 0″ W Grand Canyon
