Eligible categories of expenditure Staff costs Costs of Personnel executing tasks corresponding to the specific activities and deliverables of the project proposal. Eligible categories of expenditure Travel and Accommodation This budget category includes all the expenses of the project’s beneficiary for the travel and accommodation costs of the personnel involved in the project with the condition that they are directly related to the activities of the project. Eligible categories of expenditure ERDF costs shall be eligible for funding if: They have been incurred and paid out within the time frame in which expenditure can take place. Under no circumstances can the final date of eligibility of expenditure exceed the 31st of December 2015. Eligible categories of expenditure As a general rule ERDF costs shall be eligible for funding if: They follow the real cost principle; costs which have been actually incurred and paid by the project beneficiaries and they can be supported by original invoices or other accounting documents of equivalent probative value; They incurred in the programme area of the European Territorial Cooperation Programme Greece – Bulgaria 2007- 2013 They are in line with national and EU rules and legislation They are in compliance with the principles of efficiency, economy and expediency of all actions.
